After intensive work, we are pleased to present the result of a long-term project. As part of ILM Academicians, we are proud to offer the educational world a significant work on Islamic religious pedagogy. Our book is now in print and will be available in the coming weeks.
The handbook covers a variety of topics that shed light on both theological debates and pedagogical approaches in the context of Islam. The three main chapters address the following questions, among others:
Theological Debates: Analysis of the speaker dimensions in the Quran, including the question of who has the right to label someone as a non-believer, and the examination of the hermeneutics of religious truth in the tension between monopolism and pluralism in the Quran.
Education and Value Transmission: Focus on values education in schools and the importance of aesthetic and ethical education.
Social Discourses: Topics such as anti-Muslim racism and gender debates in Islam are addressed.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the authors who enriched this work with their valuable contributions.
