5. Islamic Religious Education (IRU) Support Program - December 12, 2021.

The Islamic Religious Education Support Program meeting was once again held in online sessions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Our speaker this time was Prof. Dr. Tarek Badawia from Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen.

The following topics were discussed in the meetings:

• Session 1: Muslims in Crisis - What Characteristics and Challenges Emerge?
• Session 2: Muslims and Criticism - What Educational Opportunities Does the So-Called Criticism of Islam Reveal to Us?
• Session 3: Muslims and (Self)Doubt - Where is Our Educational Journey Going?

The participants were composed of students as well as graduates from five different universities.
